Verify communications in KB OIL’s name

Official KB OIL email addresses use the @kb-oil.com domain. If you receive an unexpected cargo offer, payment request or change of bank details, contact our Dubai office independently before taking action. Use the contact details published on this website, rather than those supplied in the message.

Do not make a payment or commit to a transaction until the request has been verified. A familiar display name or email address alone is not proof of authenticity. Forward suspicious communications to info@kb-oil.com for review.

CHECKING A MESSAGE IS REAL

  1. Stop before you commit

Do not reply, pay or act on the message until it has been verified.

  2. Check who really sent it

Official KB OIL email addresses use the @kb-oil.com domain. Verify unexpected requests independently.

  3. Talk to the Dubai office

Call or write using the telephone number or email address on this page, never the contact details in the message.

  4. Forward it on to us

Forward the message to info@kb-oil.com so the office can check it.
